More than just a TCA

We’re thrilled that you’ve found your way to our TCA website! We encourage you to engage, network, build relationships, and gain new insights. Together, we can learn so much.

A big thank you to Erasmus+ and the Danish NA for making this TCA possible!

Dr. Beatrix Broda-Kaschube, Germany
kindergartens with a specific theme

I am looking for kindergartens of good quality and always with a specific theme (language development, inclusion, intercultural education, etc.). We are open and the themes will change every year. And we are always a large group (10-20 people).

Specifically, we are looking for some nurseries with a focus on democratic education to visit in the spring of 2025.

I work for an institute (IFP – Staatsinstitut für Frühpädagogik und Medienkompetenz: ifp.bayern.de) which is part of the Bavarian Ministry of Social Affairs. We do research, write curricula, support the quality of kindergartens and much more.

I will be able to help you find a suitable kindergarten for your job shadowing in Bavaria, but it will not necessarily be in Munich

Petar Pan kindergarten holds Erasmus accreditation and eTwinning school label.

Our focus in Job Shadowing activities would be:

“Mihai Eminescu” National College

and the main fields are mathematics-ITC, Natural Sciences and Social Studies. As a second language one could study English, French, and German. Alternatively, for the Turkish minority, Turkish language courses are available. The school has over 995 students (11-19 years old) and 61 teachers. Our main targets are school exchanges, creating friendships across borders and assimilating diversity through having fun. Our College is already involved in a variety of ongoing projects: ROBOTICS activities with Arduino Uno and Arduino Mega, ECDL courses, Cambridge examinations, 3D printing. We have delivered as partners, an Erasmus+ project, KA201, tackling bullying; this came to its completion in 2018, and in 2019 we have another KA229 project about dubbing as a method of learning foreign languages. The most difficult aspect of any project, or of any individual, really, is attitude change or adopting an attitude when it comes to a new issue/topic. In 2020 we had another 2 approved Erasmus+ project, KA229 and ERASMUS+ ACCREDITATION. We earned the European Language Label for innovation in teaching and learning foreign languages. And we are eTwinning School!

We would like for this 4th year of accreditation to have 2 mobilities with 9 students each (18 in total) on the following topics: Media literacy, European citizenship, Green energy, Advocacy. We also can host students and teachers.
